Being Alone Does NOT Make You Lonely.
In today's world, we are so concerned about not having friends.
This is why we are always engaged on the social media. Hoping that someone will say something nice about our posts or like our posts.
I think this must change if we want to be happy in life. We can never be happy if we tie our happiness to what other people may say about us.
Everyone one is entitled to their opinion. Just like our nose, everyone has one.
Therefore, expecting people to like us or to surround ourselves with them in the hope that they may like us is a failure strategy. It is pathetic, at least to me.
Do what you want. Be what you are capable of. Live your life without the approval of other people. (Legally, of course)
People who have fewer friends are usually more successful in their lives. They enjoy being alone, but they are never lonely.
On the other hand, people who crave to be surrounded by other people are the loneliest people around.
Make your choice. Make your life count.
