Yes. By creating an account with us, you can check out faster, track your orders, update your personal profile information, and future orders will be seamless, etc. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?

Victoriarose.sg is based in Singapore with the purpose of empowering women in Singapore with our premium activewear. As such, we provide FREE shipping to all our women customers within Singapore with no minimum spent on this website. However, please take note that we reserve the rights to modify any shipping and tax charges in the future without prior notice.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We do not ship internationally.

As part of our efforts to grow globally, we are currently working with our licensees to license Victoria Rose and our range of women's activewear to countries outside Singapore so as to serve and empower women in their locations. If you are interested in our licensing program, please contact us here.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic that is ragging across the world, we are not able to give you a definite time of arrival of your order. However, rest assured that your order will be dispatched within Seven (7) working days from your receipt of your confirmation of order via email.

In addition, we will send you an email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not see this email in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder. Also, please provide us with the exact delivery address in English and a telephone contact number when you place your order to avoid unnecessary delays.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED?

All your orders come with a tracking number from our local or international shipping agent and you will be informed of this tracking number and the shipping agent via email promptly. As such, you are able to track your order from dispatch to your doorsteps. If you do not receive such email from us, please notify us at customerservice@victoriarose.sg. 

CAN I USE AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yes. You can choose to get your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. Please ensure you have given us the correct delivery address before you check out to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and delays.  

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER I CHECKED OUT?

Yes. If there is a need for you to change your order like - product type, size, color, quantities, or delivery address, etc. after we have sent you your order confirmation via your email, you can simply attach that order confirmation email and send your request to change your order in full or partial to customerservice@victoriarose.sg within 24 hours from the time you first received the order confirmation email from us. Our friendly Customer Service staff will be there to assist you in making your changes. Please take note that your final order after your changes will be adjusted and billed accordingly. 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We use several payment gateways that you can choose and use at your convenience. They are Shopify Pay, and PayPal. We also accept major credit cards and debit cards from VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

All transactions will be made in Singapore Dollars.
