For most of us, we hold on to things for too long a time.

At times, we know we need to let it go. But somehow, we continue to hold on to them without realising that we are actually harming ourselves doing so.

Whether it is a broken relationship, a missed promotion, or the passing of a loved one, etc. we need to let them go.

These things happened for a reason. Their reason, not yours.

Therefore, accept them as part of their life journey. Let them go so you may find yours.
