Slow and detailed. Focusing on alignment and proper engagement of muscles. Hold postures for longer durations. Modifications for body types available.

Have your camera angled in a way that I can see you on the mat and I will be able to see you & adjust you with verbal cues.
All levels including beginners & inflexible are welcome. We have variations for all body types, so please don't worry. Expect a long, nice relaxation at the end of every class!
