At Victoria Rose, quality is our hallmark. And we do not just talk about it. We deliver it with every piece of activewear that bears our name.

From the type of thread we use, the methodology of our sewing, to the quality of our Nylon Spandex, and the way they are being cut, etc. All these decisions have gone through serious testing and thoughts with our customers in mind.

Now, all our customers can feel secure and safe whenever they purchase a Victoria Rose activewear. They don't just purchase a piece of quality activewear from us but a peace of mind that no other retailers or brands can give.

To date, we are the only brand in the activewear universe to provide such an assurance to our customers. We call this "Peace of Mind" Customer Experience.

1) DURATION OF PRODUCT WARRANTY

The duration of our Product Warranty covers you 365 days from the date of your original order confirmation. Please keep your original order confirmation for claiming purpose.

Any claim after the duration of the Product Warranty shall be conclusively deemed to have been waived and Victoria Rose shall not be liable under this Product Warranty whatsoever.

2) COVERED EVENTS

This Product Warranty only cover events of material damage from wear and tear under normal usage and care of your Victoria Rose activewear as indicated on our care label on each piece of our Victoria Rose activewear. Replacements under covered events are FREE OF CHARGE.

NOTE: All prints, fading, pilling or bubbling on all Victoria Rose activewear are not included in this Product Warranty.

FURTHER NOTE: Any intentional or fraudulent act, etc. that caused your Victoria Rose activewear to be materially damaged in any way, are not covered under this Product Warranty whatsoever. Claims of this nature shall be denied whatsoever.

3) HOW TO MAKE A REPLACEMENT CLAIM 

To make your claim for a replacement of your Victoria Rose activewear is easy.

All you need is email us at least 3 pictures of your materially damaged Victoria Rose activewear together with your original order confirmation to customerservice@victoriarose.sg

Our customer service personnel will look into your claim and after our assessment, will reply you accordingly within Seven (7) days from the day we received your email. Our decision is final.

During your claim process, you will need to fill up a survey questionnaire for your replacement claim. In addition, a video interview or picture of yourself may be taken by Victoria Rose for our record and marketing purposes, etc.   

4) APPROVAL OF REPLACEMENT CLAIM 

Once your request for replacement has been approved by us, we will send you the exact same model, size, and color, of your Victoria Rose activewear within Seven (7) days after your receipt of our Approval Notice in your email.

However, in the event that your Victoria Rose activewear item is out of production at the time of your claim, you will be notified and we reserve the right to change the replacement piece with a different model and/or color but with the same size. In such a case, your claim for a replacement of your Victoria Rose activewear shall be considered concluded and done with.

If your Victoria Rose activewear item is out of stock at the time of your claim, we will advise you on our next stock-in date for your replacement to take place. In such a case, please wait patiently.  

5) CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve all rights to change, modify, add, or delete, etc. such Terms and Conditions in our Product Warranty from time to time as we see fit without prior notice to you and you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes without reservation.
